Home Delivery & FAQ

We currently are delivering our pasture raised meats & other goodies every other week to homes throughout NWA. Our current delivery area spans from West Fork to parts of Bella Vista, generally located around the I-49 corridor & includes the city limits of Fayetteville, Springdale, Rogers, Bentonville & other locations. Throughout NWA. If you live outside of our delivery area, there are options to pick up at a farm location or meet us along out delivery route at a predetermined location. Below is a list of common questions that hopefully will help.

When will you make my delivery? Does someone have to be home?

Deliveries start south of Fayetteville, where our home farm is, and we then head north. Every week is different, but usually we wrap up Fayetteville deliveries late morning/around lunch time & finish Benton County by late afternoon. We'll give you a text when we're getting close, and will text you know that we've dropped off at your place. If you're out & about enjoying a lovely Saturday - No Worries! Just leave a cooler on your doorstep or obvious place & we'll drop your order off in the cooler if you're away from the house.

How do I know if I'm in your delivery area?

You can place an order on the website. You'll sign up for the general NWA delivery when you create your account (it's the only option). We do some back end stuff on our end with every new customer & have to physically map out each address. We'll contact you if you're not in our zone. Right now, there's no tool we know of to easily determine boundaries, most are based on zip codes & the zip codes in NWA are crazily chaotic. Generally, if you live in right up next to Fayetteville, Springdale, Rogers, or Bentonville we'll deliver. If not, we'll ask to meet you along our route or consider doing an on-farm pick-up.

When I place an order the checkout total is different from what I'm charged - can you explain please?

Totally - when you place an order, you're given an estimate. Every package of meat weighs a little bit different & when we pack your order, we record the actual weight for each cut & use those accurate weights to calculate the final total. This means you get what you pay for. Once your order is packed, we then charge the card that you have on file, that way there's no need to exchange money at delivery.

Tell me about on-farm pick up. Can swing by, grab a dozen eggs & tour the farm while we're there?

If you're not in our delivery area we have a location on our home farm where customers can pick up directly. Place an order like normal, & just let us know in the comment section when you place your order that you want to pick up on-farm (and when if you need it sooner than our next delivery date). We'll pack it, charge your card, & then let you know that your order is ready & provide you with directions, etc. The pick up site is at our home farm/not where the birds grow out. We do seasonal farm tours that you can find out about through our kinda weekly email updates but please don't swing by until youre notified that your order is packed.

Multi-billion dollar corporations have better websites. Why isn't your website super awesome?

Well, we've just got one farmer (that's me - Spence), the rest of the family helps where they can, but the kiddos are being kiddos (with a lot of farm-life mixed in) & Carla, my wife, has an additional full time job plus helping out on the farm (Carla usually does the deliveries). There are definately many ways the website could be better, & periodically we make improvements where we can. If you know me, you can probably sense that I'm pretty terrible with technology, so the fact the we have a functioning website is kind of a minor miracle! Let's just all agree that it's a work in progress :) If you have any questions at all though, feel free to contact us at 479.601.5390 & please leave a message so we can call you back.
