Chicken Breast - Large Boneless Skinless

2 Large Chicken Breasts from our pasture raised chickens. We typically sell this size chicken breast to chefs who butterfly them to get 4 breasts per pkg or grill them to add white meat to pasta & salads. In our home, we use them for making schnitzel, pounding them thin so that they're the size of dinner plates, then breading in panko & frying till crisp. Served with spaetzle & homemade kraut, it's a hit with the whole family. These breast are a favorite in our home, and are sure to be in yours as well!
