Our ground turkey is a mix of breast, thigh, & wing meat that we debone off of our pasture raised turkeys (see below). It's not excessively lean due to the dark meat & fat from the skin and there's no off-label additives. Perfect for chili, meatballs, meatloaf, or any other ground recipe.
We raise our turkeys on pasture farm with our Non-GMO milled grains & processed by our own hands at our USDA plant in Winslow. We move these turkeys every day onto fresh grass where they voraciously gobble up grass & insects - it makes them awesome!
